List of Documents Necessary for Sub-Registrar’s Office

  1. Duly curated sale deed on non-judicial stamp worth the deal value.
  2. Two passport size photographs of seller and buyers on their deed copies.
  3. E-stamp paper with the correct value of stamp duty
  4. E-registration fee receipt
  5. Copy of PAN Card
  6. Original ID Proofs of seller and buyer and other parties.
  7. TDS receipt. It is required only if the property values more than Rs. 50 Lakhs.
  8. Documented history of ownership transfer.
