Yamuna Expressway Industrial Authority has announced a ready-to-move residential flat scheme along the Yamuna Expressway in Greater Noida’s sector 22D on a ”first come, first served” basis. These flats are in sector 22D of the Yamuna Expressway priced between Rs 44 and Rs 43 Lakh. Only two-bedroom apartments will be offered under this programme, and they will be free of any encumbrances.
Registration for the scheme is now available to the public from 2nd August. Because it is an open-ended scheme, there will be no set deadline for applying. These flats are ready for occupancy, and they will be allotted through lucky draw. Each skyscraper will be stilt+16 floors tall and will be positioned in the prime location of sector 22D.
According to YEIDA officials, the authority is optimistic about getting a positive response because of its strategic location alongside the Yamuna Expressway and close proximity to the Budh International Circuit, Formula one racetrack, Eastern Peripheral Expressway, new film city and the upcoming Jewar International Airport.
According to the project brochure, each unit is 1074.88 square feet in size, with a carpet area of 969.64 square feet. The registration fee remains at Rs 4.23 Lakh. Those interested can download the brochure for Rs 500 (excluding GST) from the authority’s official website, www.yamunaexpresswayauthority.com.
According to officials, the region will be well-connected to the upcoming Noida international airport and Greater Noida via several means of transportation, including pod taxis, metro rail, feeder and city buses.
