A residential plot scheme with 821 plots in sectors 18 and 24A close to Noida International Airport is scheduled to be introduced by the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA). A draw is planned on December 27 after the applications for the same begin on October 31 and close on November 30.
For individuals who wish to construct residences close to the airport, this initiative presents an opportunity. The scheme’s finalized brochure specifies plot sizes of 120, 162, 200, and, for the first time, 250 square meters. Blocks 9A and 9B in sector 18 will give 477 plots, while sector 24A will offer 344 plots.
The 361 residential plots offered by YEIDA’s previous initiative, which was introduced in July of this year, attracted almost 1.9 lakh applications, with an average of 518 applications per plot. Given the area’s rapid expansion and the ongoing airport and movie city initiatives, this tendency is predicted to continue.
Plot sizes in the previous program ranged from 120 to 4,000 square metres, with prices of Rs 29,500 per square metre.
Officials claim that since the airport’s foundation was laid in November 2021, interest in plots surrounding the airport has increased dramatically.
