Godrej Properties has entered the joint venture with realty developer TDI Group to offer ultra-luxury residential properties for the customer which is proposed to be located at Shaheed Bhagat Singh Marg in Gole Market, Connaught Place, Delhi.
Connaught Place is known for its costliest retail spaces in the world. However, the project fall outside of the Lutyens zone, allowing various realty developers to build high-rise building, only after necessary approvals are given by the concerned authorities.
The land where the residential project is to be made is owned by TDI Group, has taken approval for a nine-storey tower, and has also planned to build 46 ultra-luxury apartments with modern amenities. The project is to be developed around a 1,25,000 sq.ft saleable area comprising various apartments with various configurations.
The project is planned to have 5-6 apartments on each floor with two different configurations i.e. 3 BHK and 4 BHK. Also, the site plan offers key connectivity, nearby schools, hospitals, retail, and commercial spaces, and is centrally located in the city.
