YEIDA (Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority) is launching residential plots Scheme. This is the second launch of plots by YEIDA. The Authority launched residential plots for the first time in December, last year.
A total of 477 plots across multiple sizes starting from 60 Square Meter to 2,000 Square Meters are made available in Sector 16, 17A, 18, 20 and 22D.
An official said, Property seekers can submit their online application for the Scheme from 07th Sept to 07th Oct. The allotment will be made on 15th November via draw.
How to Apply for YEIDA Residential Plots Scheme
- An applicant has to deposit 10 % of the total cost of the plot
- Payment can be made through different payment options given
- Applicants opting for one-time payment will be given preference in the allotment of Plots.
- Applicants making 50% lumpsum amount deposit and remaining on installments will be given 2nd preference.
- Applicants making 30% lumpsum amount deposit and remaining 70% in installments will be given last preference.
YEIDA Residential Plots Details
The 262 remaining plots are available in 120 Sq. Mtr., 67 plots are remaining in the size of 200 Sq. Mtr., 56 plots are remaining in 300 Sq. mtr., 40 plots in 162 Sq.Mtr., 19 in 90 Sq.Mtr., and 16 plots in 60 Sq.Mtr., are remaining. Also, only four plots in the size of 2,000 Sq.Mtr., are available, eights plots are available in the size of 1,000 Sq.Mtr., and five plots are remaining in the size of 500 Sq.Mtr.
In the first residential plot scheme launch YEIDA received a massive response. In the launch of 416 plots, the Authority received nearly 13, 880+ applications. All these 416 plots were located in Sector 16, 18, and 20 close to the upcoming Jewar International Airport in the YEIDA region.
