Venture X enters into Indian property market via a franchise model. The company is an affiliate brand of the United Franchise Group (UFG) co-working division – Coworks TM. The company plans to invest $ 2-3 million in India by 2023.
By now, Venture X invested approximately $5 million in the Indian property market. The company opened two co-working spaces in Gurugram. In total, both the centers have 1,200 seats. The centers’ sprawl across 45,000 sq. ft. and 16,500 sq. ft. in Sector 67 and Sector 44 respectively.
Anil Lakra, India Partner Venture X said, “Post the pandemic, flexible office and in times to come franchise-based models would be the right choice as they are better aligned towards revenue for all stakeholders. We have invested around USD 5 million in the Indian market and plan to invest USD 2-3 million by 2023.”
Rahul Kapur, India Partner, said, “We have the Master License for the India region. We have currently opened two locations and would grow to 8-10 across India by 2023.”
Venture X plans business expansion all over India and aims to enter cities like Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Chandigarh, and Pune, in the future.
